Asynchronous
Our courses are designed to be at your own pace. That means you define how quickly you engage and enjoy the content. Most of the lessons drop weekly, allowing for a bit of structure for those who need it. Additionally, courses have various levels of interaction with the instructor and the community. That information will be at the beginning of your course, before you even purchase it.
The goal is you learn what is relevant, needed, and useful. We always love your feedback to continue to improve in these endeavors.

Support
The amount of support within each course varies based on the content, the level of learning, and the outcomes.
At the bare minimum, there will always be open office hours on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5 PM eastern time US. This is a universal time for all questions, any course. Your link for that event will be in your course content at the beginning.
More advanced courses that require more in-depth learning, coaching, and/or mentoring have more opportunities to connect. Again, all of that is in the beginning of your courses.
