Welcome! This course is the beginning of the journey to becoming a Certified Badass Trainer.

The course is designed for those who serve as or are interested in serving as Diversity Professionals. Trainers, Consultants, Coaches, Chief Executive Officers, OD Professionals and more benefit from this process and this certification.

This 12 hour course covers the basic theory and concepts on which the techniques, skills, and strategies for Mindset Scaffolding (THE Blueprint) is built. It is through this blueprint that we learn the steps and the process of how to improve our curriculum design and training delivery.

Upon successful completion of this online course (requires +85% on all the assessments), you will be ELIGIBLE TO APPLY for Badass Trainer Bootcamp Intensive - a six day, face to face event where you learn, practice, and integrate the blueprint. In the process of that experience, you demonstrate your learning, engage with other learners, and are assessed on your competence of the model. The successful result is Certification as a With Respect Badass Trainer.

So, let's get your journey started!

The course opens Novermber 1, 2023 and that's when the pricing returns to $499.

Oh, and remember, what you pay here for tuition, should you be accepted into the intensive, will be subtracted from that tuition.
